Hi, I’m Michele Bass, owner and Principal Broker of NextHome Premier Properties.  I would like to introduce myself to you and allow you to get to know me, not only as a real estate agent, broker, and franchise owner, but I’m also your friend.  That’s how real relationships are formed when you’re trying to find an agent to work with.  I will treat you, and anyone else involved in the transaction, with respect and listen to what it is that you’re looking for in an agent to either help you sell your home or help you buy the home you’re looking for.  My goal is to make the whole process as easy and stress free for you as possible.  I want to take the burden off of you and handle everything on your behalf, from the time we list your home-if you’re selling it, through the negotiations, inspections, appraisals, assist with any needed repairs, and be with you at the closing.  I will be by your side throughout the entire process and answer any questions that you have as they come up.  I am an honest, hard working, dependable, and educated in all things involved with real estate agent.  I keep up with the constant market changes, technology, and smart communications so that my clients will feel that I am their best real estate resource.  My mission in real estate is to help my clients achieve their real estate goals by listening to their individual situations and making the best recommendations to guide them throughout the process.  In today’s market keeping up with the changes, new lender options, appraisal challenges, contract stipulations and neighborhood nuances are VITAL to a good real estate transaction.  I have been a licensed realtor in the Knoxville area since 1997, so I know all of the different areas inside of our town.  I’m also an animal lover and proud supporter of several local rescue groups, local shelters, and also Canine Companions for Independence.
